My dual competence: consulting and litigation
Being accustomed to litigating cases all areas of employment law, I advise companies, fully aware through my practice of the decisions of the Courts and the grounds for their decisions.
My practice of litigation cases enables me to:
- Give prevention advice to companies, based on the Law, case-law and on the general rulings of the Courts,
- By the end of the first interview with my client and in possession of the main documents of the case, to provide guidance on what action needs to be taken and any consequences.
Allows me to be able to provide my client with a thorough but clear analysis allowing them to take their decision in full knowledge of the facts.
